During your time at Baan Sabai, we believe you shouldn’t have to lift a finger - you’re on holiday after all! From your dedicated villa staff, to pulling off memorable parties and events, we endeavour to provide excellent service from the moment we meet you at the airport. See our full services list below.
On-Site Villa Staff
We do our very best to ensure your full relaxation at Baan Sabai - in Thai, the word ‘Sabai’ literally means ‘To Relax’. Our staff, Rin and Rong, have been with us for many years and know how to take the very best care of you. They really know how to make sure you are kept happy and well-fed! Anything you need, just ask.
Food & Drinks
Breakfast is included in the daily rates. A food menu is also available for all other meals that is prepared in-house by the staff, that is chargeable only at cost price for ingredients bought from the local market. The staff are truly fantastic cooks, and we consistently get great feedback on the quality of the food from guests – in fact it is one of the main reasons people return to stay with us again and again!
Please see Baan Sabai’s standard full menu for specialty dishes, but please feel free to ask the staff if there is something else not on the menu, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We can prepare more simple dishes where required, i.e. for children, etc.
Plenty of bottled water is provided throughout your stay. Other drinks and alcohol are charged at cost price.
Airport Transfers
Transfers to and from the local Phuket airport are complimentary, included with your stay. The journey takes around 45 minutes each way. This is limited to a maximum of 2 trips, each way, per group. Any additional transfers requested are chargeable at USD50 (one-way).
Villa On-Site Manager & Remote Manager
Our Villa Manager, Rin, is of Thai nationality and has basic English. Please feel free to speak to her about anything – from organising special events for loved ones, to Tuk Tuk bookings and spa visits. Nothing is too much trouble – in the past we have even arranged for a baby elephant to visit the Villa! Our remote manager is native English speaking and can help out with any further questions.
Massage & Spa
If you would like a massage or spa treatment whilst you are in Phuket you have many options. Choose your own spa to visit, or speak to our Villa Manager for recommendations. We are also conveniently located across the road from the excellent So Thai Spa Phuket.

Babysitting
Babysitting services are available on request. We use reliable & experienced sitters. Please speak to the villa manager to discuss arrangements, and note that typically we will require a minimum one day’s notice to try to ensure availability, particularly for cover in the evening.
Laundry
The staff will gladly take care of your holiday laundry in-house. If you want any items washed and pressed, just drop them in the laundry baskets provided, and leave them out to be collected. Do let us know if you have any special instructions. The girls will take the utmost care with your clothes, however, we cannot be held liable for any damage to items. We can also arrange for dry cleaning in Patong - this cost is not included in your package.
Newspapers
If you wish, we can arrange for a newspaper to be delivered to the villa. There are English language newspapers available, such as the Bangkok Post and The Nation.
Parties
Baan Sabai is built for parties. If you have a special occasion, such as a landmark birthday, or anniversary, then let us know. We will happily help organise a small party, whether it’s just a BBQ by the pool, or a fully catered buffet. Please be aware that the villa is in a residential neighbourhood, so please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm. If you are planning on partying on into the early hours, the games room is the perfect spot!
Room Service
It’s your villa, so if you want breakfast in bed, or a lazy lunch – just let the staff know beforehand and we can arrange it for you. Room service closes at 10pm.
