Rate Package

Please note that our rates are offered as an 'All-inclusive' package,
i.e. our rate is fully inclusive of the following:

	Daily breakfast (amercian or continental style)
	All fruits, snacks, lunches, and evening meals (Thai food from our in-house menu, other dishes available on request)
	Water and soft drinks
	One free case of Beer on arrival (any further alcoholic drinks are chargeable)
	Airport Transfers both ways
	Free use of Minivan with driver (Free 5 hours a day, extendable at minimal cost)
	Daily Laundry service
	On site maids / cooks for your convenience
	On-call Villa Manager to help you book spa / massage / trips & tours / golf / restaurants, etc
	Study room with High Spec PC, and Wireless broadband internet connection
	Bar & Games room (Pool Table, Darts, Board Games, Large Cable TV & DVD player, Playstation)
	Fully equipped Gymnasium
	Luxurious 'gold-class' Home-cinema, complete with high quality 110" projection screen & lazy-boy reclining seating for 10 people

Low Season (May 1st to October 31st)	US$850 per day
High Season (November 1st to December 15th)	US$1,200 per day
Peak Season (December 16th - January 15th)	US$1,800 per day
High Season (January 16th to April 30th)	US$1,200 per day

We do not levy a service charge, but we do strongly encourage that you tip the staff at the end of your stay, if you are happy with the service received.
